Terms & Conditions – Kai Shun NZ Quarterly Knife Giveaway
- Promoter: The promoter of this giveaway is Kai Shun New Zealand (“Kai Shun NZ”).
- Eligibility:
- Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older.
- Employees of Kai Shun NZ and their immediate families are not eligible.
- How to Enter:
- Subscribe to the Kai Shun NZ newsletter via kaishun.co.nz.
- Subscription must be active at the time of the draw.
- Only one entry per subscriber.
- Prize:
- One (1) winner every quarter will receive either a Shun Classic 20cm Chef’s Knife or a Shun Classic Granton Santoku 18cm (winner’s choice).
- The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
- Kai Shun NZ reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if required.
- Draw & Winner Notification:
- A random draw will take place at the end of each quarter (March, June, September, December).
- Winners will be contacted via the email address used to subscribe.
- If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.
- General Conditions:
- By subscribing, entrants agree to receive the Kai Shun NZ newsletter, which includes product updates, knife care tips, and promotional content.
- Personal information will be collected and used solely for the purposes of administering this giveaway and sending the Kai Shun NZ newsletter, in accordance with Kai Shun NZ’s Privacy Policy.
- Kai Shun NZ reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
